Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will happily arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. To be eligible for a return or refund in these cases, please make sure that:

The item must be in the original packaging and condition.
You provide sufficient proof of purchase and, if requested, evidence of the issue (such as photos).

Incorrect Size Ordered by Customer
We understand that ordering online can sometimes be challenging, especially when determining the right size. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size at the time of purchase.
